LearTree Training is a bilingual professional development firm serving organizations across industries nationwide. We partner with HR leaders, operations directors, and training managers to design programs that are measurable, culturally relevant, and immediately applicable.

Every program is delivered in English, Spanish, or bilingual format. Every engagement is personally facilitated by our lead trainer, not delegated to a subcontractor or junior associate.

Fernando J. Padron, MPA

Founder and Principal Trainer

Fernando has delivered corporate training nationally for over a decade, working with federal agencies, Fortune 500 manufacturers, financial institutions, logistics companies, and nonprofits across the country.

He holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio and completed his trainer certification through Pryor Learning Solutions in 2016.

Fernando is a native Spanish speaker. Every bilingual engagement is delivered directly by him, not interpreted or translated after the fact.
