California law requires it. Most organizations are not fully compliant. This program closes that gap.
Request This ProgramCalifornia AB 1825 and SB 1343 require employers with five or more employees to provide sexual harassment and abusive conduct prevention training on a two-year cycle. Supervisors receive two hours. Non-supervisory employees receive one hour. The content must be interactive, cover specific legally mandated topics, and be delivered by a qualified trainer. Most organizations either skip it, use passive online videos that do not meet the interactive requirement, or do not track completion properly. Non-compliance exposes the organization to significant legal liability.
Any California employer with five or more employees. Also appropriate for organizations outside California that employ remote workers based in California. Fernando Padron has delivered this training across multiple California industries and meets the qualified trainer standard under AB 1825.
